About Us
Founded in 1984, Executive Association Management, Inc. is one of the most dynamic professional and trade association management firms in Texas. An employee-owned company, we provide the entire spectrum of professional association management services, handling every detail of an association’s administration directly from our offices in Austin, Texas.
The basic concept under which we operate is one of shared trust and integrity. It is our goal to establish a long-term relationship with our clients. A trade or professional association is founded for one primary reason: to serve its members and its industry. For this, your association needs leadership, stability, and above all, effective management. Association members rely on you and your staff for the efficient and effective management of association services, and for advocacy of their industry’s needs. Association offices, equipment, dedicated management and support staff, computer systems, and back-up personnel must all be integrated. The day-to-day management alone can be challenging, complex—and very time-consuming.
At EAMI, we think an association is more than systems and procedures. We believe in creative management, and our professional team brings a dynamic, fresh management approach to each of our partner associations. We work to make each association a model of creative action. We help associations establish new directions of service, adapt to changes in the marketplace, manage legislative and regulatory issues, and take advantage of the immense potentials of communication.
